GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE: Prepare the denture in the usual form.
MIXING: Premium acrylic should be mixed in a similar manner to all conventional acrylics.
| PROPORTION | POWDER | LIQUID |
| By Weight | Two Parts | One Part |
| By Volume | Three Parts | One Part |
IMPORTANT: Do not add more liquid than necessary.
Pour monomer into a glass or porcelain container. Add powder and mix well for 30 seconds, making sure that all polymer particles are wetted by the liquid monomer.
PREPARATION: Use a standard technique employed for repairs. It is recommend to use a pressurized technique which will enhance the material's properties, especially adaptability and intra-oral stability.
WORKING TIME: From 3 to 5 minutes.
CURING TIME: Premium acrylic should self-cure (polymerize) in approximately 10 minutes. If a pressurized technique is used, the model should be submerged in the pressurized vessel using clean, fresh water. A water temperature of 30ºC should hasten the process. Be sure that the pressure is 35-40 pounds per square inch. Hold for 10 minutes.
