A Suggested Separating Procedure For "Totally Natural" and "Flexidy D"

• Duplicate the master model after appropriate block out.

• Coat the area to be covered by "Totally Natural" and a little beyond with "Pro Dye L.C." a light cured block out hardener. Then light cure 10 minutes.

• Do all normal procedures until you have boiled out the case.

• After boil out, cool flask to room temperature then carefully coat the area of the wax-up on the tooth side of the flask. Cure in light cure machine for 10 minutes. Preheat flask then proceed to step 5.

• Close flask and proceed  as usual. The appliance will come out smooth as glass. A good wax-up and this technique will save hours.
