1. Select a workbench that is firm and very sturdy. Use the enclosed 4 screws to secure the press to the workbench.
2. Screw in the presses three arm handles tightly. Do not leave loose as this will ruin the screws.
3. Select a place near the press to put the furnace, plug in the furnace. (110v). The furnace should be close enough to the press to allow for easy transfer of the molten resin to be transferred from furnace to press.
4. Set dial to 290 and let the furnace heat up for at least 30 minutes prior to first injection.
5. Skip to number 6 if the flask and press have centering guide. Otherwise, to center flask for injection place flask vertically with the injection sprue opening upward under press and place cylinder vertically over injection sprue opening. Turn arms of press so that the piston goes into the cylinder, this will center the flask for proper injection.
**Use Heat - Protective Gloves and Goggles from this point forward**
6. Lift the piston all the way up and release the cylinder. Insert cylinder into the furnace and let it heat up for at least 5 minutes.
7. Spray the TCS tube with TCS silicon mold release and put into the cylinder (cap first). Spray and put into the cylinder. Use the large plug for medium tubes and use the small plug for large tubes.
8. Let the TCS unbreakable melt for 10 minutes. Let the TCS Totally Natural Acrylic melt for 15 minutes.
9. Carefully remove the cylinder from the furnace , keeping the cylinder in the horizontal position until you lean it over the sprue opening of the flask , you can then bring it to a vertical position .
10. Immediately turn the handles of the press and begin injecting, you will notice then the tube burst , keep turning the handles until the springs have fully compressed. Let it sit compressed for at least 3 minutes prior to removal.
11. Remove the flask and remove the cylinder from the flask. Allow the flask to cool for at least 25 minutes.

Maintenance
Press - Be sure all screws are tight. Be sure arm handles remain tightly screwed in.
Cylinder - The TCS Mold Release Spray leaves a residue that needs to be cleaned.
With a soft rag and the knock - out rod clean inside of the cylinder. With the same soft rag keep the outside of the cylinder clean. Wipe in an up and down motion rather than circular. Keeping the cylinder clean will also help maintain the furnace. After cleaning the cylinder, let the bronze plugs slide through to ensure that proper injection is not prevented.
