Injection Flask

 

Aluminum flask manufactured with a special knockout button. At time of purging, the plug is knocked out to make removal of case easier and to eliminate damage to the flask.

 

Melting Cylinder

 

Fabricated from High Precision Stainless-Steel to withstand warpage under extreme heat. Ground finished smoothly to eliminate sticking of residue material.

Knock Out Stand & Rod

The Knock-Out Stand is a stainless steel cylinder used to facilitate the purging of the melting cylinder and to prolong its life.

 

The Knock-Out Rod is used together with the Knock-Out Stand for purging of the melting cylinder.

Thick & Thin Bronze Disc

The thick bronze plug is needed for proper injection of medium and small sized tcs® cartridges.

The thin bronze plug is needed for proper injection of large sized tcs® cartridges.

 

Hot Air Welder

 

This refillable butane hot air dispenser is used for minor repairs or additions of the tcs® Unbreakable Nylon.

 

 

Carving Knife

 

Multi purpose knife for removing extended fibers that sometimes appear during processing. The ergonomically designed handle allows it to be held comfortably in the palm of your hand. Ideal for chairside use by Dr's.

 

 

 

Cement

This cement if specially formulated to secure teeth in the plaster prior to injection. The cement is mild enough to not bond the plaster to the teeth after injection.

Fusing Liquid

This fusing liquid is used for repairs and additions ONLY when flasking and injection are necessary. A drop of the fusing liquid just before injection bonds the new resin with the existing resin, creating a union that is virtually undetectable.

 

 

Mold Release Spray

Colorless and non-staining multi-purpose food grade lubricating spray. Use to ease purging of the Melting Cylinder, Bronze Plugs and resin cartridges at time of injection. Can also be used as a separating medium on stone models.

 

E-Z Flow

A separating medium for processing thermoplastic. E-Z Flow simplifies the application of separator.
